Welcome to CodeGuru: Learn, Write & Debug! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CodeGuru app (referred to as "the App") provided by CodeGuru ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App:

a. Eligibility:

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are accessing or using the App on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

b. User Account:

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

c. Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the App:

• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the App.
• Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware, or malicious code.
• Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from other users.
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

2. Intellectual Property:

a. App Content:

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, and computer code, are owned by or licensed to CodeGuru. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any portion of the App without our prior written consent.

b. User Content:

By submitting any content, including code snippets, comments, or other materials, to the App, you grant CodeGuru a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.

3. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodeGuru and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

4. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold CodeGuru and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Indian law. The arbitration shall take place in Jaipur, India, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

6. Modifications to the App and Terms:

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting.
